This is so simple, I feel like the fingers are relaxing eating watermelon on the beach as they type. The top was the one to set the tone for the day. Wait, the watermelon was!
I ate so much of it I knew I had to put something comforting on, so I had to have my confidants with me throughout the day. They approve of the bond we share, the watermelon and I. Confidants? Who? The top and the (ex, ex) boyfriend jeans.
1. One would say that the top – Pull & Bear – is just loose and that’s about it. Wait, it is loose and it is worn with some loose jeans. But, you see, the top is actually super feminine – it features pastel blues, cotton lace, very subtle white vertical stripes and bows on top of the shoulders, enhancing therefore a very feminine and sexy area: the shoulders. And you thought a top is just a top. The top is bowing down at you. You should right back at it, too. I know I do.
2. The trousers are vintage Levi’s corduroys and they continue the vertical stripes from the top. Very subtly, obviously. The grey and the blue share a bond, too. And you thought it’s only colours.
3. So we are not talking here about loose only. We might, in fact, talk about sexy. Details are sexy precisely when details only suggest stuff. Heels don’t just suggest stuff, they are here to actually say hey.
