Delivery & Returns


Access and use of this website is available to everybody.

The buyer will provide all necessary information requested in an adequate, complete and correct manner, as it appears on an official identification document.

After successfully placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email which informs you whether the chosen product is in stock and the estimated delivery time. The prices presented on the website include VAT.

The following methods of payment are available:

– online, by debit or credit card, via Netopia mobilPay system

– online via PayPal

– cash on delivery, available only in Romania

The receipt of your purchased products will be sent together with your delivery.

The purchased products will be delivered directly to your home.

ROMANIA: Shipping throughout Romania is free of charge via TNT. Delivery of products which are on stock will be within 3 working days from the email confirmation of your order.

EUROPE: Shipping throughout Europe is carried out with express delivery, directly to your home. Your order will be delivered in 3 days (not including weekends and public holidays) from the email confirmation of your order.

WORLDWIDE: International deliveries outside Europe are sent by air mail. These deliveries should arrive directly to your home in approximately 5 days (not including weekends and public holidays) from the email confirmation of your order. The cost of the express delivery is 25 USD.

Your order will be sent in a special packaging to secure the products. All responsibility regarding any damage to the product or the package lies with the shipping company.

PLEASE NOTE that all shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. Therefore, additional charges for customs must be borne to you.


You may return the products that you have received within 14 days, starting the next day after receiving the order to your chosen address. You do not need to justify returning the product.

In case you decide to return a product ordered from our website, you need to get in touch with us either by filling out the online return form below, or send us an email to support@optimef.com. You will receive a confirmation email with the return form and the address where the product should be sent.

Your refund will be sent (to your bank account or via postal order, as mutually decided upon) without any unjustified delays, after receiving the returned product or proof of return to the address provided by us.

You may return the products via any shipping company you desire, keeping in mind that the return shipping is at your cost. We recommend that you retain the proof of return shipping.
