I woke up earlier than usual. As in 6.30 instead of 7.00 yuhu! As I am getting out of bed I feel soreness through my feet, butt, back, arms. It is an all together very nice and deep in the muscles feeling. Not just that ache you usually get after working out in the gym. This time I really enjoy it. As we speak… Sort of.

Meditation

So I started up this “Ola Cicas!” group on whatsapp with my girls on Sunday in which I dared for us to start working out together. Anywhere, anyhhow. This way, I thought, it’d be more fun. It seems like not all

things happen on the instant. And, by the end of the night, it was just me dareing myself “in public” to start on my own from Monday (of course!). So there I was alone in my living room on Monday evening, after a full day at work. What to do, what to do…?

Didn’t really feel like the typical workout with the sneakers and all. Then I remember about this video I have on my laptop. It turned out to be not only a workout. It left me feeling joyful, enthuziastic, centered and relaxed (both physically and menthally).
It’s called “Yogalosophy”, by Mandy Ingber. A well known fitness instructor in Hollywood, where else? She has this way of mixing yoga poses (for your spirit) with toning exercises (for your body) and fun (for everything). Won’t say more. You just have to try it yourself. Right now. Hey!
